🌾 Fiber Bars

Going against the grain

Available domain: Gütbar.com

The Problem: Everybody is obsessed with protein these days. There’s protein pop tarts, protein chips…there are even protein beers (happy St Patrick’s Day everybody). But as we’ve pointed out before most of us aren’t protein starved, we’re fiber starved. The average American gets roughly 10-15g of fiber a day. They need 25-38g. That gap (sometimes called the "fiber gap") is linked to poor gut health, blood sugar spikes, and colorectal cancer rates that are rising sharply in people under 40. Meanwhile fiber supplement options are terrible - powders that taste like chalk, gummies with a paltry 2g of fiber, and prescription-grade products that only show up when things have already gone…eh…very wrong. So why not create a super compelling fiber product to solve this problem? Here's what we're thinking.

The Solution:

💡 The Idea: Create a line of “fiber bars” with 15g of fiber (over 50% of your daily recommended intake) in one snack.

🛠️ Product:

  • Made with a carefully balanced blend of natural fiber sources (psyllium husk, chicory root inulin, and resistant starch) that deliver 15g without the digestive chaos of slamming straight fiber supplements - because the blend matters.

  • Flavors engineered to compete head-to-head with the best protein bars: chocolate peanut butter, salted caramel crunch, lemon poppy seed, and dark chocolate almond.

  • Positioned not as a supplement but as a functional snack - "the gut bar" - with a clean ingredient label, no weird fillers, and macros that don't embarrass you.

💼 Business Model: DTC subscription (24 bars/month at $48, free shipping) + retail in Whole Foods, Target, and supplement stores. Wholesale to gyms and corporate wellness programs.

⭐ End Goal: Get acquired by a major CPG player (Kellogg's, General Mills, Nestle Health Science) or a functional food brand looking to own the gut health shelf. 4-6x revenue multiple at exit.

🌍 The Finance Masterclass Every Founder Needs

Fortune 500 companies have entire teams managing their cashflow, forecasting, and runway planning. Most startups? Nobody owns it.

Tomorrow we're going live to fix that. Here's what we're covering:

  • Turning AI Into a CFO-Level Copilot - what that actually looks like

  • Building a three-statement financial model faster than your accountant ever could

  • A cashflow forecast that warns you before the money runs out

We're only doing this once. Seats are limited!

🎨 How to Prompt AI for Beautiful Design

The Context: Most people get mediocre AI-generated designs because they're prompting like they're running a Google search. This tutorial breaks down the exact framework for prompting AI tools to produce genuinely beautiful, professional-grade visuals - giving the AI the right creative vocabulary, constraints, and references upfront so it stops guessing and starts delivering.

Step-by-step:

  1. Start with the design brief: tell the AI the medium (web, print, mobile), the vibe (minimal, bold, editorial, luxury), and the brand archetype before touching any specifics.

  2. Layer in visual references: describe existing designs or styles you love. The more specific the reference, the tighter the output - "like Teenage Engineering meets Apple HIG" beats "make it look good".

  3. Define hard constraints: grid system, typeface categories, color palette direction, and white space tolerance. AI responds well to constraints because they narrow the solution space.

  4. Iterate with precision: don't say "make it better" - say "increase contrast on the headline, tighten the leading, and shift the background from pure white to off-white #F5F5F0".

📶 Your Team’s Phone Plan Shouldn’t Be a Bottleneck

You've built a great product. But your team keeps dropping calls, losing signal on client visits, and working off sketchy WiFi with zero security.

SuperMobile from T-Mobile for Business:

  • Runs on America's largest, fastest 5G network - your calls and video stay crisp

  • T-Satellite kicks in automatically when cell towers can't reach - no setup needed

  • Built-in Threat Protect blocks malware and phishing on any network

Starts at $42/line/mo. Learn more on T-Mobile's website.
