It’s possible our emails are landing somewhere other than your main inbox.
To make sure you don’t miss them, take 10 seconds to do this:
Find our emails and move them to your main inbox
On Gmail Mobile: Tap the three dots (top right) → Move → Primary Desktop: Drag this email into the Primary tab
On Apple Mail • Tap the three dots at the top of the message list • Select Categorize Sender → Primary • Optional: click our name at the top and choose Add to VIP
That’s it. Once you do this once, future emails should land where they belong.
